In BioMar we have established a two-tier governance structure consisting of the Board of Directors and the Executive Management. The two bodies are separate, and no person serves as a member of both.

Our governance structure is characterised by clear allocation of responsibilities and a culture for empowerment and ownership at all leadership levels.
